Uncovered Check
I took the title of this blog entry from the position below:
Below is the full game score. The position above occured in the late middle game. Its an interesting position. I had recently played my rook to b6, which wasn't a good spot, but I had wanted to double my rooks. This sets up the possibility of luring my bishop off c5 and then playing c4-c5 with check winning the rook. Again, see the full game below to see how this turned out.
