The Big 4 Finale

The Big 4 Round Robin recently came to an end. Last night they played the final round. And who would've guessed what happened? Well I can guess (mostly since I watched it live). Anyhow, prior to watching the last 4 games, I couldn't have guessed the events that happened.

These games were certainly entertaining. And these ones were actually pretty crazy. So why don't you take a look at the games for yourself?

This game was the surprising of the bunch. 13 lines of playing and checkmate? This proves simple superiority.

These four games showed crazy performances. All were baffling.

Also, these 12 total games played in the Big 4 Round Robin were all crazy. And three historic things happened during the Big 4 Round Robin.

1. Highest recorded UNational Elo (Rudy Tillmann with 2352)

2. First ever Win/Loss by Resigning (Raimond Reece vs. Selena Hartfeld)

3. First ever match end in under 20 lines in the Top 5 (Selena Hartfeld vs. Brody Tillmann)

Those three things happened all within 3 days of each other. #3 only happened yesterday, #1 and #2 happened a few days before that (October 13, 2025).

After the 4 of them having set absolute history here, these are the final standings:

1. Rudy Tillmann (2352) 6-0

2. Selena Hartfeld (1999) 3-3

3. Brody Tillmann (2009) 2-4

4. Raimond Reece (1958) 1-5

Also, while this tournament was going, an Elo Set was done.

An Elo Set is a UNational thing. Basically what happens is that players looking for a higher Elo without fighting for it or players new to UNational play against human-like bots with different ratings.

Depending on far they get, they get an Elo. Many players recently did one and there are new players who set extreme Elo. They are as follows, top 10 current after Elo Set:

1. Rudy Tillmann (2352), 2. Mason Wright (2341), 3. Naomi Hayward (2309), 4. Zackery Fletch (2291), 5. Alexander Sander (2288), 6. Xander Kingman (2282), 7. Devon D'Ambrosi (2279), 8. Yvett Morgan (2274), 9. Dristen Grouper (2268), 10. Thomas Hayward (2266)

Naomi and Thomas are NOT siblings. Keep that in mind when they are both mentioned and when they play each other. Anyhow, yes. Rudy Tillmann is still the best after the Elo Set, and he didn't even participate in it. He had chances to lose Elo.

Rudy, Mason, and Naomi are the only with 2300+ UNational Elo, and the only 3 in UNational history with 2300+ Elo (Rudy Tillmann being the first and only to obtain it live).

All who participated in the Elo Set will do a private tournament (closed; not recorded either) to prove their Elo (they do not lose or gain Elo). This includes all the new top 10 excluding Rudy Tillmann.
