Missed Tactics Problems Part 1

I've decided to get a little more serious about tactics, and to help me study I'm compiling a list of missed tactics with explanation on how to get it right in the future. I assume that there is a limit to how many diagrams that can be posted in one blog, so once this fills up I'll make a part two.
