Fair chess rules? part2

Hello fellow chess players! This is part two of my last blog, 'Fair Chess Rules'.

Another rule I find corrupt only partains to chess players new to chess. That is one that enables your opponent choose where you move after you touch multiple pieces. As a chess teacher, I saw that when my students touch their pieces and expeirement to find the best move (without letting go of the piece on a desired move) actually helps them. Any nays or yays?
