Battling Back

I should have lost this game, no doubt about it.  I have clearly forgotten how to play the KID with Nbd7, and will brush up on it today.  (Who knows, maybe I'll switch back to the main line.)  After an early blunder, I was down a piece for the whole game.  Yet I clogged the center, frustrated my opponent and stormed the kingside in true KID fashion!
