My account was closed by chess.com today without any proper reason. Today, I received a message mentioning that it was closed due to sandbagging. This was a totally false accusation. I never played with the intention of sandbagging. You can check it from my games. In addition, I receive a warning message for verbal harassment to my opponent during games yesterday. I always disabled my game chat for the last 1 year. This is again a complete false accusation and I never chat during the games. It is very sad that they closed my account without doing anything. I believe some members intentionally complained against me using their multiple accounts to close my account and destroy our club. I have sent an email mentioning that I didn't do anything to close my account. But that staff member is not happy to reopen my account. I will try further to open my account. But it seems difficult to open the account with that staff member. So they closed my account for something I didn't do and also not opening my account again.

@APISTOTELHS knows that @FlowerBlossom is my son's account. He is 12 years old. They have closed @FlowerBlossom account for no reason. I think they closed it because of the same IP address. This is a totally unfair decision to close accounts without doing anything. Previously we informed that me and my son having 2 accounts to chess.com. They approved it to keep 2 accounts for me and my son. But whoever closed these accounts didn't consider these things.

As I remember, yesterday, I won a 5/2 Blitz game with a 1800 rated player due to his mistake. It is not sandbagging.

These false complaints may be a planned activity from some members to destroy our club. As you know, during the last 2 days they have closed 3 Super Admin's accounts.

Regarding 3 CHECK FUN club

With the support of all of you we brought our club to a very active club in chess.com. We achieved 53rd position in Vote chess from 95000 clubs and 273 position from 95000 clubs in Daily chess. I awarded 8-10 memberships every month.

Now because of closing our accounts, we are having many problems to maintain and continue our club activities.

I have noted that @DamaRiojana received the ownership of the club. I don't know how she received it. Because @APISTOTELHS joined my club from the start. I am happy that 3 CHECK FUN ownership is transferred to @APISTOTELHS till me or Flower resolve this issue. Now the problem is whether @DamaRiojana will transfer the ownership to @APISTOTELHS or not.

For that I think it is better to ask her to transfer the ownership to @APISTOTELHS. Because, @DamaRiojana is only active in Daily chess and she will not keep the club active further. Therefore, I will write a message to @DamaRiojana below. I think it is better that if @APISTOTELHS can copy/paste my message to @DamaRiogana regarding ownership. As you know my account @ROGERCAMEBACK was closed by chess.com for some false complaints about sandbagging. I am trying to reopen my account. If it is not successful, I will try to return with a different account after sometime. As you know we had nearly 40-45 Live tournaments every day and also some membership tournaments and many others activities. I noticed that at the moment you are the owner of my club. But we need to keep the club active, arranging Live tournaments, announcing tournaments and many other important things. @APISTOTELHS is a member who helped to start the club. He can manage these things easily as he did these activities in the past. Therefore, I kindly request you to transfer ownership to @APISTOTELHS. He will continue to keep the club active till I return later. It is very easy to transfer ownership. If you don't know how to do it, @APISTOTELHS will help you.

You are very important and help our club in Daily Chess matches, If you like you can arrange Daily matches in my club with the teams that we can win till I come.

At the moment you can understand my situation. I need help to run the club till me or flower return. I think 3 of you @APISTOTELHS, @RD661 and @PeriltheDragon will help me to keep the club active without disturbing your other work or school work. We need to keep the club active. But it is very difficult to schedule as many tournaments as before. But just to keep the club active it is better if you can arrange 10-20 tournaments. If you want a schedule I will email you or you can arrange some tournaments according to the previous schedule.

I don't know how the members are responding to this situation. Because they don't know what has exactly happened. Therefore, I will write short messages to the members. I think you are aware that my account was closed by chess.com today for no reason. They are mentioning that I did sandbagging. But I didn't do anything wrong and this is a false accusation. It seems that some of the members that we recently banned from our club and some members from other clubs falsely complained against my account from their different multiple accounts. Because they want to destroy our club.

2 days back these members sent false complaints against @CrisBenton4 and closed his account. @Cris Benton4 is a great Daily chess player and he was a Super Admin of my club.

2, Today, they sent false complaints and closed my account.

Also they sent false complaints against another very good Super Admin (@FlowerBlossom) and closed his account.

Like that these members try to close every Super Admin's accounts in our club. As you know I gave nearly 70 memberships to my members and every month I gave 8-10 memberships. Some other club members and previously banned members are not happy with this and they want to stop giving memberships by falsely complaining against our Super Admins.

I will try to reopen my account. If not, I will return back after some time. Whenever I come back, I will start giving memberships to Live tournaments and also for membership tournaments. No one can destroy our club. We will give many memberships when I come back.

I hope you will understand this situation and help our club. My Admins will schedule some tournaments everyday to keep the club active. Please join and play whenever you can. Also please play Daily matches and Vote chess matches. I hope all of you will stay together till we resolve these issues and please keep the club active as before.

I promised you no one can destroy our club. We will continue our journey with more strength than before. I will start to give memberships again when ever I return.
