Welcome in your Negotiation Forum. This (rated) game must be completed before July 21 of 2014 @ 00:00USA ET. Time control is G90|30. The players must follow the instructions below and the ones given by the arbiter.

The first of the two players to get in here must obligatory offer at least three (3) initial starting times for a game in accordance with The Rules and the four (4) Guidelines (in red, blue, green and pink) shown below. The second of the two players to get in must obligatory accept one of the other player's initial starting time offers or, if accepting is impossible, counter-offer with at least three (3) initial starting times following the same Rules and Guidelines. The deadline to fulfill this task is Wednesday, July 9 of 2014 @ 00:00USA ET.

If no agreement is found after the six (6) initial starting times have been offered, the players must keep negotiating in the way Ping-Pong players return the ball, offering and counter-offering one or more starting time(s) at a time.

Here are the four (4) Guidelines that one has to comply with when making the three (3) initial starting time requirement:

An offer to play before Tuesday, July 8 @ 6:00USA ET does not count;
There must be at least three (3) hours between two (2) starting times;
There must be at least twenty-four (24) hours before posting time and starting time;
The maximum number of Initial Starting Times contained in a single USA ET playing day is two(2)
