As far as I know, a SA is necessary. So much so, that I think that it is possible to organize an election of a new SA in cases like the one here, after contacting chess.com support. The question is, would somebody be interested?

A SA has great power in a club. Here, there are only admins. With out a SA (super admin) people cannot be promoted/demoted and other things too. I said this in English cause I know you can speak it atomicbullet
