I think you misunderstood.
When i said Nf3 e3 i meant 1.Nf3 followed by 2.e3
So what ekulxam is saying is that if you're responding 1...f5 after the first move here , you're basically deathwishing

2. .. e6 is slightly better but white's knight infiltrates and it's very annoying for black if white knows what they are doing
