Hello all, I have some questions about the club. 1) Will it meet as normal on Thanksgiving eve? 2) At what time do the meetings begin at Barnes & Noble? 3) Has anyone looked into the possibility of an alternative location that would let us stay later than 9 pm? Thanks

@shady4life... I'm in Sinking Spring, looking for something in the Reading area. Ephrata would be nice. I'm surprised Reading has nothing going on given the size of reading and the surrounding towns.

I was thinking of starting a club in Ephrata again. We could meet any day other than Wednesdays, because I still want to go to barns and noble. We could meet at Cocalico coffee crafters in Ephrata. Anybody interested?

Beginning on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, the Lancaster Red Rose Chess Club will begin meeting at the Red Rose Commons Barnes & Noble located at 1700 H Fruitville Pike Lancaster, PA 17601. The Barnes & Noble closes at 9:00pm on Wednesday nights.

@juan3268 Club meets on Wed at the Lancaster Elk Lodge around 7 I believe. And sometimes at Barnes and Noble off Fruitville Pike on Satuday mornings.
