I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're refering to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX. Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it.
Thanks for the answer, I don't think I can use snap. However I've found the .deb installer in the section "other project files" in the scid vs. PC official website. So my problem is solved!
I think i had installed it in deepin (debian at the bottom) via a SNAP called scidvspc-hkvc. Was some time ago. Don't know if is the version you want or if snap is a acceptable solution.
