My favourite is standard, 15|10 (10 seconds bonus per move) or 30 minutes but I play blitz a lot too, mostly 10 minutes.

maybe try some live games, you could always play unrated. It really gets your adrenaline pumping and you'll learn a lot by thinking fast and analysing afterwards

Yeah, I need to start getting some games under my belt. The best I played was a period where I was really active playing and just entering tournaments on here. Id lose a lot, but I saw lots of improvement.

haha good job Blitz, I think we have a pretty good group here, too bad a lot of the guys are not very active, tekkendema is a freakin titled player. would be nice to get a team match going
