I'm sorry about t he lack of activity here.. Lou has vanished & until he returns I can't see anything being sorted out! One thing to note Daws is constantly banning more teams so I'm sure we'll get something up & running towards the Autumn..

I'm not sure if this is the right place to request a VC games but I have a group of chess training games played against others in our group in pairs of 2 students and 1 coach. We have a little over 50 members and have to decided to play a VC game as a team against other VC team. So we are looking for a good VC team to give our group a challenge in our first team VC game. If any team is interested in playing a VC games. Please message me :) Thanks

make that five teams now (Nimzo-Indian Ninjas are in). I learned to draw a line between me the "PLAYA" ;^) and me the admin.

I will have the same problem. I have 4 teams. Now, when you sign on to play in a vote chess game, you are given a choice which team to play for. So with regard to playing, that choice is easy. But to avoid that "division" should be as free of internal conflicts as possible. I can't go over whole rosters, but admins can be easily sorted out. It won't be pefect, but it can be close. If we get 3 more teams we have 4 x 4 divisions-- I labled them "Eenie, Meenie, Minie, Moe"

Lou, the main concern I have is teams clashing EG: Cheers VC cafe against 1b6... how are we to overcome this situaton?

also, 2 x 6/ 1x6 1x7 might not work. I might go 3x3 + 1x4 or something like that.

Analysis Paralysis is the newest team to be involved! Also, when I get the "divisions" set up, I might set up a tumblr for it. chess.com doesn't seem set up to make this stuff easy, not that tumblr would be any easier.

actually it looks like the people I was going to contact started their own league, so I think I'll set up a 2 x 6 grid of the teams that seem to be remaining. Admins will get a message with a link to it, by Monday.

right now we have a total of 12 who seem to be still in, thanks for your patience. I hope it is rewarded shortly. I will re-reach out to those that have left and see if we can get an even 16 for 4 groups of 4, or otherwise we can go in as 2 groups of 2.
