This group is for sci-fi enthusiasts... those with an interest in Star Trek or Star Wars or maybe something like Space 1999. Got some sci fi series you loved and think nobody will know it? Come and test us! In the Star Trek universe, The BORG live collectively as one and are often uttering phrases at their targets like: "Resistance is futile", "We will adapt" and "You will be assimilated"! Sounds like a good set of phrases that apply for learning and playing chess to me! Focus here is on friendship above all, Team Matches and sci-fi related interests! A private "low pressure" group, about the only thing I expect apart from being friendly is that if you do happen to join in a team match, don't lose on time!!
