Please read "Our time" for basic info. You need a Trello account to schedule games. When you have a Trello account and have joined our Trello Team (after having received an invitation from me), you can schedule 90-minutes games on the Trello board like this: 1) Go to the Trello board called "Games". It should look something like this: 2a) Either add your name to a card with only one name. E.g. to the one labeled "Wed 14.00: Stefan & ?" in the example, if you want to accept a game posted by someone else. Or: 2b) Make a new card, if you want to suggest a time for playing a 90-minute game. You can make as many cards as you want. Remember to use UTC, as this is our time standard. Also, please remember to add a GREEN label to a card when it is a go, in other words when it has two players. And if you have to cancel a game you have previously accepted, please change the label color to YELLOW on Trello and send a private message here on chess.com to inform your opponent. When BOTH players have agreed to cancel the game, please change the label color to RED. This is all that is needed to schedule a game. To actually play the game, simply log on to chess.com and challenge your opponent 5-10 minutes before the game is scheduled. To keep things simple let's say that it's the player who initially wrote the game card on Trello who will send the challenge on chess.com. I hope this is clear. If not, please ask any questions you might have.

First things first. Let's use UTC as our common time standard. Here is a link showing the current UTC: UTC now. We also have to be able to easily find the days we play. I suggest we use week numbers, which can be found here: Week Numbers . Here is a Trello board for scheduling games: Games on Trello. To see this, you need an invitation from me, so please send me a private message here on Chess.com with your email or Trello name. I'll then add you to the Trello Team and we'll be able to schedule games. I suggest you bookmark these pages.
