Overall not a bad game
b5 was definitely a mistake even if it didn't sacrifice a pawn. Black has no business opening the position too much in Slav positions, even less so if white commits to the Fianchetto with g3+bg2
qc7, while a very viable move in other variations, because I committed to g3 + bg2, the possibility of bf4 is too great to ignore. If my knight wasn't on c4, perhaps it would have been a better move, as the bishop could block with bd6
The trade on c3 wasn't very good as it trades off a very active piece, and leaves weaknesses that black isn't ready to exploit in the current climate of the game
