It would seem Calderdale are entering a team in the Watkinson(Huddersfield League) next season. I fear I will end up captain. I have looked at last year's grading list and found I ranked thirteenth(we all have our cross to bare). I thought 'great,captain should be board six'. On further inspection I found of the12 disciples, seven played for Huddersfield, two played in Leeds on Wednesdays, one played Saturday chess(though may be a possible), one is from Lancashire, which leaves a maybe. So it looks like board 1 or 2 for me. Darwin had a good season, so with luck when the new list comes out maybe three. Anyway, I presume there will be a discussion Monday.
