whenever i watch the computer championship and a match ends, i am sent to the home page of my account instead of staying in the computer championship. it is not happening to my friends or anyone else i know. can someone please tell me what might be wrong and/or how to fix it?

1. Point increase / decrrease should be vaiable. Based on How dominant of a win it was + if they quit vs if you checkmated
2. Point increase should be determenent also, on the other parties win streak. i fyou stop a win streak , you should get more points
3. know cheating is a big deal, but if im playing a 20 minute game and i go text really quick and come back, i should not be forfeited from the game
4. Integrate AI into the app HEAVY for learning, as well as game review. I want to play against myself!
5. Update stats. i want to see the swing of the game as well as feel it. how often do i make them quit? Which specific move is my weakness? What are my strengths?

has anyone here done the survey about chess.com brain games, and how did you get 1 month free diamonds, i did it over and over again but still didn't work. then i went to chess.com support but there was no one in that section in the help section, then i contacted the staff of chess.com at email but also didn't get any answer, so can you help me how to contact the support department and solve this problem?

there was a bug which doesn't let me view if I have reviewed a game in the game history page, and when I went to report it, no matter how many times I clicked it it just wouldn't work.

For a long time ago i had no problem whit this bug but now it repeared:
There is a 1 next to the main menu, i look at it, it says it is in the messages, i look in the unread messages, nothing and the 1 just diapears, and then reapears after the nexta action i do in Chees.com, it only disapears if i get a notification.
I find this problematic beacuse i recive a lot of messages.
If it gets fixed I will be very thankfull to the devs.

I'm personally not a fan of the new Game Review format. The older format would actually go over what the ideas are in the actual openings themselves (e.g. Latvian Gambit, Benko Gambit, Marshall Attack).
I also wish there would be an additional section in Game Review that indicates whether the game was Balanced, Sharp, Sudden, Giveaway, etc (referring back to the OLD OLD Game Review) just so that we can have a better idea on how we're playing all the time. Maybe just an icon and one big word just at the bottom or something.

Hi, can we have closed tournaments like lichess does? In other words you can control who can enter a tournament and who can't. Like a code for tournaments. Creating a club is slow and people barely join and after the tournament the club is useless. Just an idea

I recently played a game with a bot and reviewed it. And it showed the Halloween gambit as a blunder, which was earlier just an inaccuracy and many of my other moves as great moves, also some of the responses of black which were earlier shown as excellent were now shown as mistakes or blunders, so is it a bug or some change in the review system, I have added the game below for reference, thanks.

So I saw my club count as 25 from the outside ut when I clicked it it said 6 memebrs.
The club with 5 members howing up hav no members when I ick on thm.
I even made a youtube video about it.
A club with 270 members says it has only 123.
Im not mentioning my club name tho.
@CHESScom pleaze look into this.

So i created a multi club arena this morning schedualed to start 4 hours later i had my club and posted the link to other clubs to add theirs and i click on the link just now to see who joined and it says this tournament is not found or doesnt exsits

There are six new chess.com coaches, as you all should know, but whenever I use them they don't read the comments after I solve a puzzle, unlike the old coaches. Is this a bug everyone has or just me?
