Bird is not favorite of mine. I've done some research about Bird opening. Take a look at these.

I think that chess in school is a good idea, because it gives people a thing to do when they're bored and out of misery. It also gives the two players a time to do something other than sitting at the lunch table and doing nothing. These people u should contact if u need any chess help at all but remember each of these people have a job they are DRAHNEV--> Manager and Creator also does Middle game Tactic's also explains the tactics if u dont understand other peopels explainations. CHESSKITTY--> Modern and Classic games and then she tells you about the tactic and the good moves or bad moves in the games and she has already done a great job. BEN77MC--> Does Daily Puzzles like if there is a puzzle that says what is this tactic called? and then there will eb choices liek battery mate, latter mate, or fool's mate. CLASSIC_SKULL--> Does Openings to show u how the best way to start a game is and many of the openings will be ok to be questioned like should i always do that opening? should i use this against everyone rated person higher or smaller?
