Should we have a thematic daily tourney? Regular daily tourney? I was also thinking I could analyze any games that people want me to analyze, though that takes a long time... Any ideas?

Hey, just wanted to write this down so that all can see it: @blackfirestorm had a good idea, which is to try to target lower-rated players when inviting. After all, they are more likely to like the main club All invites are great, though! Thanks all!

Is there a better name for these? Also, how is the idea? Please let me know, thanks

I think right now we'll stick with no more than 3 ongoing vote chess matches, how does that sound? Maybe we can bump it up once we are over 100 or something, let me know what you think

Since the main club is designed to be used as a learning club I think we need to establish vote chess rules. In Energetic Chess the emphasis is on people playing however they want. But in here it is meant to be a more formal learning centre. With this in mind I propose the following rules: 1. Join the game and make sure you turn on tracking for the game. 2. Take a look at the position and use the analyse function - if needed - to come up with what you think is the best way forward. 3. If you can provide a diagram to show what you mean then this is a great idea. (Let me know if you need to know how to create a diagram). 4. Read others comments and give feedback in a respectful manner. If it is a good move - or bad - then explain this. No ridiculing other people's ideas. 5. DO NOT VOTE till a move has been thoroughly discussed. Voting for moves with no discussion will incur a warning, eg: 1st time - a friendly reminder of these rules. 2nd time - an official warning will be sent to you. 3rd time - you will be removed from the game. A vote call will be made preferably within the last 24 hours so please wait till then to vote. What do you all think?
