Two bishops of same colour make your control very strong on your colour and slightly weaker on other colour. But you can manage it with your pawns. Also this variant is a no queen game because the board is small and the player who promotes first will win easily. Tip for the readers:-The best opening for FFA and teams is moving one step ahead the pawn in front of king and next in front of rook on your right side. It will make your position very solid. There are "hidden grasshoppers" which are trapped but can be freed by capturing the the dead piece in front, which has not ever been implemented before (and naturally, the dead piece is a camel, as a follow-up to 6_K's WoF - cloud, more camels in unlikely places). There are two ways to win; one is stalemate, and another is to promote and get KOTH. However, if both players promote, then you can try to mate your opponent if they go for KOTH due to 1-check. The pawns' starting rank is 10th, so when your pawns are on the 9th rank, you may push two squares to avoid promotion and go for stalemate. Keep this in mind when you push your pawns. Even if you promote, you can still stalemate because the randos will take you if you keep hanging your promoted piece, and you can even force your opponent to take your piece if they are also trying to stalemate themselves. The sergeants are by far the hardest to trap, so if these are lost early, you should try to go for stalemate. Otherwise, you can either keep trying to lose sergeants or get them onto the back rank or promote them and get KOTH. Walls are here only for the aesthetic screenshot; transparent walls look better with the normal colors. Note that the immune zombie glitch exists, so if you have more points, you may purposely try to suicide into the randos to win, but be careful to not let your opponent mate you. Do not try to free the grasshoppers unless you have a clear path to KOTH; it makes stalemate much harder. This is fairly skill-intensive despite the rando zombies; just expect a lot of annoying moments where the zombies prevent you from winning, that's just how it is . I originally tried to use patzers, but blue would always win, so randos were necessary, and at least they fit with the winter theme.

I might be mistaken so apologies and please correct me if I'm posting this in the wrong place. I had an idea for a fairy piece I think could be of some pertinence to 4pc variation games... The Necromancer Moves like a King. Any "dead" piece the Necromancer touches becomes part of that players army. By touches I mean if the dead piece is on any of the 8 squares immediately adjacent to the Necromancer. The Hell-raiser Like the Necromancer except when a dead piece is "reanimated" any dead pieces touching those dead pieces also become reanimated (and so on in a chain reaction).
