Hey there, hope you are well. You might be wondering, "What does he mean, master series?" Well, its rather interesting. I once happened to come across a site providing games of many, many masters; and then I though, why not post series of games from masters? I went right to one of my favorite masters, Bobby Fischer, and started compiling a series of games to post. These game series will be posted in separate forums, and they will be there to analyze and study as a gorup. I defenitely will learn something, and I'm pretty sure others will too. And then higher rated players will be able to explain things we don't understand. I hope this proves fun to everybody. I will post 7-10 games in each series, starting from Fischer. Here are the links to the separate series: Robert James Fischer Also, I want your input. Who would you like to see? There are loads of masters, and I can get anything you wish. I already plan to do Fischer, Morphy, Greco, and Capablanca. --jkudria4145

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, please read the following thoroughly…If you are reading this, you are most likely in the group, “Infinity Chess”, and for that, I thank you! This is Infinity Chess, a place where chess happens; let’s call it a chess cave. Here in this group, you will find many chess-related activities…I hope you participate! Hopefully you will learn a lot and have fun. After all, the group was created for those reasons, and also because we like chess. No on to more important matters:Our PrinciplesThis is not your average “we are the very best, we have everything” group. We lay our group on the foundations of truth, trust, honesty, friendship, dedication, unity, and chivalry. This is not a loose group…any member, no matter how strong or helpful they are, will be kicked out for any wrongdoing. We do not tolerate anything of that sort. Please, if you have been chosen to stay in the group, or if you have been invited, stay true to it. Stay true to our foundation. Depending on our foundation, we can build either a small shack, or a large, comfortable palace. Also, we are still a part of chess.com. Stay true to the site’s rules.Again, please stay true to our foundation, and have fun!--jkudira4145

Applying for Administrator Congratulations on taking your time in order to benefit our team! Your support and help is what fuels our tank engines! Anyways, on to business. I would assume that you are here to apply for the job of administrator. However, please know that, at times, it is a long and grueling process. Unless you are formally inquired by me to take up an administration job, you are required to fill a few forms and crack a few bones. Here are the mandatory requirements: 1. The Application! The application is easily one of the most important steps of the process. You are required to fill this form out, as it provides me with more information to base my choice on. I will be examining each and every application as thoroughly as possible. Please do not lie on your form! If any of the applicants contravene or violate this rule, they will automatically be removed from selection. 2. The Interview The interview is another significant part of this process. However, you will not be convening with me in order for the two of us to chit-chat the day away. In general, I will send you a few questions along the lines of "Why this job?" or "How can you help us?" Along with these few inquiries, I will also ask you for an election platform and campaign. This information will be used in the "Voting" process. I do expect a reply within two - three days! Once the answers are received, you will proceed to the third step. 3. The Examination The examination is a very important part of your administrator application process. This is your chance to show how well you do out in the field! You will be tested in three categories: recruiting, vote chess, and forums. Each of these examinations will show us how well you handle the job of administrator. For recruiting, you are required to successfully invite one member! Under the vote chess category, you will be given the job of successfully recruiting members into our battles! And, lastly, during the examination, you will be required to post a helpful forum that garners a minimum of twenty reads. Once you finish this part of the process, you will proceed to the fourth and final step. 4. The Voting Now, here's a chance for any non-applicants to give their opinion. We will be posting applicant campaigns in a forum ballot box, which is where you are free to cast your votes. This step is one of the most important parts of the process. Not only will this decide who the public wants, but it will also prove to us your advertising and/or campaigning skills. Those are the four steps of the Administrator Application. However, it doesn't end here! There are still rules and regulations for you to follow... 1. No lying on your application! This is a strict rule, and must be abided accordingly. If any of the applicants contravene or violate this rule, they will automatically be removed from selection. 2. Please do not stir a revolt amongst the members. Inducing such an event proves to us that you are not ready for a job as important as group administrator. Therefore, any applicants causing such an infraction will automatically be removed from selection. 3. Do not, under any circumstances, bring non-applicants into the process. If they are not applying for administration, then they are prohibited from helping you. The same goes to applicants attempting to persuade another. This infraction is considered cheating and will result in a removal from selection. 4. Please do not make a big deal over your campaign! We will advertise the election via group forum, so there is no need for you to fuss over such an issue. Apply for admin down below in them comment boxes…Hurry, we are only taking 5 applications for now! Thank you for reading, fellow teammates! Your interest in serving our team is very much appreciated! We are now hiring! --jkudria4145

Hello sirs and madams out there, I would like to give some tribute to cooperation, and to CalbaMan. I first had the idea to create this group. I had it all planned out, everything ready in my mind. But the thing is, I’m but a basic member, not able to create/manage groups. So, I went to CalbaMan, our current SA, and proposed the following idea to him: Why don’t we (you) make a group that we both manage, with me slightly more in charge? Well, I told him about the fact that I would like my own group, and he proposed the idea, but that is not of high importance… We agreed to it, and the very next day, Calba created this group! We agreed to co-lead it, and here we are, doing exactly that. Now, I would like to say something, and that is thank you. I’ve always wanted a whole group under my power (yes yes, we both admitted that we are hungry for power and slightly evil…), and with the help of our beloved SA CalbaMan, here we have it. This my friends, is an example of cooperation, something that this group MUST have… --jkudria4145

Hello sires and madams, I herby introduce the Fast Point system. Here's how it works (its rather simple, just want to sound, you know, important...). I will post "1", and then "2" and then "3" and the- you get it, right? After that, you cna post all you want. There is no limit to the amount of post you can make in a row. So, all we do is count up, and up, and up, and up...you get it, right? I believe Chess Unlimited's Fast Point dorum has reached about 800 pages...we're somewhere in the 16000's right now. The benefit? Plenty of member points...so let's count up, and count up, and count up, and cou- you get it, right? ------------------- 1

Hi, this is the Infinity Chess Pyramid, which is a fun race to the top of the Pyramid. Of course, there are rules to the Pyramid, and I will list them here. - If you play someone rated more than 200 points lower than you, or at least 2 levels lower than you, you have to beat them twice to advance to the next level. - If you win, you advance to the next level unless the exception stated above is true. - If you lose, you drop down a level unless you are at Level 0, your rating is at least 200 points lower than your opponent, or you are at least two levels lower than your opponent. If anything is not clear or you have questions, please ask in this forum. Level 0 - Pre-Beginner Level 1 - Beginner - Chessking47 (1220, no plays) - Gopacklittlebro (1253, no plays) - neeneeboo (1312, no plays) Level 2 - Rookie Level 3 - Good Player Level 4 - Average Level 5 - Amateur Level 6 - Almost Pro Level 7 - Pro Level 8 - Ninja Level 9 - Advanced Level 10 - Champion Master To register, post your username in here.

Sirs and madams, as promised, here is the Master Games series of Robert Fischer! To start off, some history: "Robert James ("Bobby") Fischer was born on March 9, 1943 in Chicago. At 13, he won the stunning brilliancy D Byrne vs Fischer, 1956, which Hans Kmoch christened "The Game of the Century." At 14, he won the US Championship, becoming the youngest player ever to do so. Fischer's victory qualified him for the 1958 Portorož Interzonal. He tied for 5th–6th, which sufficed to advance him to the Candidates Tournament to decide the challenger to World Champion Mikhail Botvinnik. It also made him, at 15, the youngest grandmaster ever - a record that stood until Judit Polgar broke it in 1991. At the Candidates tournament, held in Bled/Zagreb/Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Fischer finished fifth out of eight, the top non-Soviet player.Fischer won the US Championship all eight times he played, in each case by at least a point. In 1963-64, he achieved the only perfect score (11-0) in the history of the tournament. In 1962, he won the Stockholm Interzonal 2½ points ahead of Efim Geller and Tigran Vartanovich Petrosian. This made him one of the favorites to win the Candidates Tournament at Curaçao, but he only finished fourth, behind Petrosian, Geller, and Paul Keres. In a famous article in Sports Illustrated, The Russians Have Fixed World Chess, Fischer accused the Soviets of cheating: Petrosian, Geller, and Keres had drawn all 12 of the games among themselves at Curaçao. Because of this, he refused to play in the next Candidates cycle. He did play in the 1967 Sousse Interzonal, but left it while leading, because of a scheduling dispute occasioned by Fischer's refusal to play on Saturday, his Sabbath. In 1970 he won the Palma de Mallorca Interzonal by a record 3½ points. The following year, he shocked the chess world by sweeping his Candidates matches against Mark Taimanov and Bent Larsen by identical 6-0 scores. He also won the first game of his Candidates final against former World Champion Tigran Vartanovich Petrosian, giving him a modern record of 20 consecutive wins at the highest level of competition. He beat Petrosian by 6½-2½ to advance to the World Championship match against reigning champion Boris Spassky. This also gave him a FIDE rating of 2785, making him at that time the highest-rated player in history. In Reykjavik, he won the Fischer-Spassky World Championship Match (1972) by 12½-8½ to become the 11th World Chess Champion. In 1975, Fischer forfeited his title after FIDE refused to meet his conditions for a World Championship match with Anatoli Karpov. He then vanished from the public eye for nearly 20 years.Fischer resurfaced in 1992 to play a match against his old rival Spassky in Yugoslavia, which he won 10-5 with 15 draws. This action violated U.S. Treasury Department regulations that forbade transacting business with Yugoslavia. Fischer evaded authorities for twelve years until July 13, 2004, when he was arrested in Japan. On March 22, 2005, he was granted Icelandic citizenship and finally freed from Japan. He died in Iceland on January 17, 2008, at the chessically significant age of 64.Fischer's anthology, My 60 Memorable Games, was published in 1969. It has been described as a "classic of objective and painstaking analysis"1 and is regarded as one of the great classics of chess literature.(1) Hooper & Whyld. The Oxford Companion to Chess. 1992(2) Wikipedia article on Fischer: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bobby_.(3) User: jessicafischerqueen 's YouTube documentary of Fischer http://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis." For Fischer, we have 8 games: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. And there you have it. If you want more, comment...I have loads of them. Please give your thoughts and opinions! Anything is appreciated - analyze it! --jkudria4145
