First of all, it must be understood that the SLCA can't precisely decide when a game is to be played. Thus, the willpower of two players to find a common suitable time slot for playing and to show up on time are key foundations to the entire system. It's the players who themselves decide when to play. For this, the SCLA provides what is called a «Negotiation Forum». For each pairing, one Negotiation Forum is supplied.
