A couple of online games recently finished(one TE,t'other Terriers) reminded me of a Woodhouse match many years ago where our player offered a draw when he had a mate in four. When asked why, he replied "bishops of opposite colours"

Well we won the cup despite me. I played for the win thinking the rest of the team weren't doing so well( I thought the captain was losing but Dave won the match for us in fine style), just play my own game in future.
