I prepare some materials about improving positional skills. Frankly I just use the method from Mark Dvoretsky's books called positional pictures. Have a look. First of all we have to find an appropriate position from game. Secondly we have to start form the moment when someone plays very creative or use a new idea, which we do not really comprehend. Next we have to write a commentary and write the move order which was played in the game. Then we have to end the exercise. Finally if we gather many examples we could repeat everything before tournament. Too be honest, examples should be short. It is enoughif you find the right position with new or creative idea! I use only 3 methods in my training: I watch as many games of 2700+ as I could. I collect my postional pictures. I play as many blitz, rapid and classic games as I could. The method is slow but it is very powerful if you do it constantly and you want to achieve a goal in a long period of time. I start in 2012 when I have 2150 ELO. In 2017 I achieve FIDE Master title and in 2019 2400+ in rapid and blitz sections and 2370 in classical games. hi guys I made this forum to say that this club is slowly losing its productivity. Now that @checkmatepirate closed their account, this club is slowly becoming dull. also, there are too many SAs and admins and coordinators. I know this may seem negative, but a few months ago, when CP was still there, I was interested in this club and always checked the notes. But now, I have almost forgotten this club and don't care about it.

Once upon a time there lived a pig called Peppa. She went to went to the moon to buy some donuts but she noticed that she can't breath because she is a skeleton. She used her magic kinetic powers to blast back home (Bacon Town) but realised her friends, Pedro Pony and Stupid Duck and their band of barbarians had took over Peppa's house. She went to the hospital to complain but she got COVID-19 so she got a jet-pack and blasted to the moon again, only to realise that Pedro Pony and Big Fat Stupid Duck The Dummy-Head had taken over the moon! So she flew to the sun instead and built a cute little house. But there was aliens everywhere so she had to make a cheese pie and use it to summon the gods of Bacon Town. The gods refused to listen to Peppa so they went and killed Pedro Pony and Big Fat Stupid Duck The Dummy-Head with extreme hayfever. Peppa laughed and danced on Pedro Pony's grave but was soon killed by mother duck the extreme lord of the universe. The gods made some more cheese pie, flew to the sun and blasted poor dead Peppa's house to smithereens. The end.
