1. Every once in a while remind your members to do vote chess. This way you don't lose on time. 2. If you find an open seek that was created by a small club and the time control is very fast (e.g, 1 hour/move), DEFINITELY ACCEPT IT because since the club is small they will probably lose on time. 3. Discuss what move to make in the chat before you move so other team mates can make sure it's not a blunder.
