As many of you know, @hypercard posted a forum regarding the current state The Puzzle Patzers slow but apparent decline. Like most clubs, this club thrived in its early stages, but now is falling into a state of inactivity and chaos that I will define as "Second Year Syndrome". Many clubs have to deal with this stage, and whether we like it or not, this stage will eventually decide the club's ultimate fate. So, I present a suggestion. As a community, we should all strive to be the best as we can be. And while I am fine with this club turning social, I still want to incorporate the original aspect that this club was created for. In short, I want to still meet the goal that I envisioned for when I created this club. Now I am not saying that I want less socializing. I just want the chess side to be fully revealed. This club hosts many, many strong players compared to other clubs, which is a perfect environment for our not as experienced chess players. Chess.com created the social aspect for a reason, and I believe that when both sides are equally and efficiently used, that will successfully fulfill a club's purpose. I am honored to have all 637 members today, and the many more that will follow. I am so blessed to have an incredible team, and brilliant chess players that participate in every part of the club, most notably Vote Chess. However, I think it is time that we address some of the beginners of this club. They are here to learn chess too, which is why I will be dedicating more time towards the side of chess, rather than the sides of socializing. As said before, if we can equally balance the sides of chess and socializing, then this club will reach its full potential. Now it's your turn! Feel free to express your ideas, what you want to see from this club, and if such reformations should take place. If so, please state your ideas here. Welcome to a post where I classify all types of humor. To avoid offending everyone, I will refrain from making classes, but reactions will still be included. Please note that this post is intended to be a joke (just like 99% of all the forums created in this club), and is solely intended to entertain, not offend. Different Types of Humor by Class: @pfren: Instead of enjoying retirement, this guy chooses to lurk around the forums and roast 800s because they don't know "simple" opening techniques. Other than that, I'm pretty sure his funny bone is nonexistent. @Elroch: My brain hurts when I view his debate forums. @RonaldJosephCote, @SacrificeTheHorse, @Woollensock2, and @idilis: These users spice up the forums with humor and fun. We need more members on the site like this. This sense of humor is perfectly balanced between nonsense and wit. They can crack jokes without making a scene. They can express so many thoughts, emotions, and ideas with a simple yet elegant phrase. @frog, @ant, @BoxJellyfishChess, @LazyDog24, @ScatteredWealth, @MonkeyCMonkey, @BananaPeelEater, and @xXCRY0TICXx2: This type of humor is called trolling, the most legendary humor of all. Very few people can comprehend the sheer power and meaning in what may seem to be a muddled pile of words and symbols. That is why hardly anyone appreciates this form of humor. You cannot appreciate something if you don't understand it. Unfortunately, no one seems to understand the most funny and sarcastic form of humor to ever exist. Also, @YEAT: This man is on a different level. @AVERAGE2700THATDOESNTHAVEATITLE: Get a title. @DanielRensch: No words, only an image. @Nimzo-IndianaJones, @ricorat, and @alphaous: These members actually have a valid sense of humor. I always look to ricorat for his excellent relationship advice. @DIMA-48 + Everyone else in Shining Smiles: : ) @Tallicycube: Simps for Banana @Lightning: Used to have a really good sense of humor, but now is entering adulthood. I mean, running a club takes effort and time, but to dedicate your time to alliances and revolutions seems a bit much.
