Format & Rules

Time control is: 90m+30s

All games should be played Rated.

Grace period (waiting opponent to come) is 20 minutes.

Step by step instruction to contact your opponent & play the game

(Step 1) You will negotiate (privately via chess.com inbox message) with your opponent for the agreed date/time for playing the game.

(Step 2) After both of you agreed, then please write at comment section in this forum page about date/time you will play it.

(Step 3) Once game finished, please write at comment section in this forum page with format: "player1 (W) vs player2 (B), result, and game link"

then I will update the Pairing table from time to time.

* https://www.worldtimebuddy.com

is good tool for time converter between countries.

For universal reference, pls always refer to UTC time when writing date/time in the page, especially for 2 countries in different continent.

If you & your opponent are US players, it's fine to write date/time in EST reference.

*** If a player is forfeited, due to zero communication with opponent, or fail to show up in agreed schedule (without explanation afterward), they will be put on Hold in next Round until they contact back TD (Tournament Director) explaining.

**** For smooth and successful negotiation, please send offer to your opponent as early as you can. That way both of you will find the maximum flexibility, even more if both of you are in different continent with difficult time zone to deal with.

If 1 side had sent multiple offers but their opponent never replied until 3 days before deadline, they can let me know by sending copy of their chess com message/ conversation, then I will declare forfeit win.
