Yes, promoted queens are worth 9. I wrote this in the first post:

If we would play with 1 point queens it would be written like this instead:

"Promotion: Pawns promote on the 9th rank and can only promote to 1 point queens"

Do you guys prefer 1 point queens? Both variants are available in 4 player chess.

I'm ok with both. But I like the normal 4p chess rule better cus it's the classic lol
