This blog is disabled. Nothing much to say about this. Interesting choice of capitalization and punctuation in the title.
#2: Hans Niemann Report (@ChessCom)
I'm pretty sure this has many views because of the current controversy that is happening in the chess world, who really read all 72 pages of the report though
#3: Good Chess Books for Beginners and Beyond (@RussBell)
This guy literally advertises this blog in every single forum post with a beginner asking how to improve at chess. I guess this is how you collect almost half a million views on a chess.com blog post.
#4: داستان س ک س (kalantar20)
I honestly have no idea.
#5: The 4 Move Checkmate (@ADK)
I have no words to express myself. There are so many reasons why this blog doesn't deserve 346,070 views. But it was posted in 2008, and it has a picture of a frog. So I guess that's why it has so many views.
#6: فحش های باحال وطنز(مخلوطه)خخ (Aliggator)
Again, what even is this? There are some words in a foreign language that I cannot understand, and the thumbnail has Pikachu in it. So maybe it has something to do with Pokemon? I have no idea.
#7: The Best Android Apps For Chess (SamCopeland)
Basically this blog talks about which websites and apps to use to play chess on. Nothing more needs to be said.
#8: Fastest Checkmate (5 Moves) (@Brennigen)
😐
Ok, so first off, the fastest checkmate is NOT 5 MOVES. It's 2 moves. 3 if you count both white's and black's moves.
Maybe he was displaying the fastest checkmate that happened in one of his games? That would make more sense. And I guess 222,893 people wanted to see some random 1200 absolutely demolish a 1000.
#9: Top 14 Chess Books for Beginners/Novices (@kurtgodden)
When you view the blog, it doesn't even have a thumbnail. But I mean, this guy probably turned on RussBell mode and spammed in the forums even more than @frog spammed in clubs. There are no hyperlinks inserted through the entire blog, so good luck finding them on your own.
#10: How To Adjust (and Improve!?) Your Live Chess Connection (@News)
Certain individuals claim to have worse lag than my Hawaii internet that's literally connected by six fiber optic cables that are laid under the ocean. Some hyper players always type three certain capitalized letters and fill the chat box with it. Others just express themselves by accusing other people of 3 v 1ing them. So it makes sense that tens of thousands of individuals would want to see this blog.
In conclusion, to make a post that will receive a lot of views, you have to make one that addresses the community as a whole. Or maybe it can be a blog about you checkmating your opponent in nine moves. I really don't know.
