Well what about rugby? Shouldn't that be called eggball? You gotta come up with a better derogatory name for American football than that. Perhaps pointy HEAT warhead ball would be more distinctive?

I usually call it gridiron or American football, but if I'm feeling derogatory then eggball does the job. Rugby is eggball too I guess, but it's more watchable than gridiron. But it's also not really my thing. I only ever watch it if England are playing.
