Yes!! Good point! There's no provision for a range specific arena.

For a large arena with plenty of players, a lower rated player has just about as good of a chance as a higher rated player.
But the issue with making areans split into new sections is that they will have less players which makes them less fun to me.
There is one player who always wins one of our clubs arenas, and he is the highest rated plyer anyway.

@jdcannon You make a very valid point, that I neglected to think of. If there's a smaller number of players joining, you wouldn't have as much variety in competition. You could quite possibly be playing the same players over and over again, which would become redundant quickly and essentially boring.
Do you think having a U 1200 arena will be a good idea? Most arenas are won by high rated players like 2200. We have U 1200 Swiss so we should for arena.
