Arranging internal tournaments, problem with final button click

Hello, one of our SAs is having this problem:

 

"Every time I try to create and press the last button, nothing happens, but I'm starting to return to the beginning as if I did not press the button to create it?
 
I'm trying all day to make a tournament but I can not create it?"
 
 
 
The person is using a translator but any ideas what could be causing this?

There are certain parameters missing while creating that tournament. Ask him to check the entire webpage if he could find anything written in red.

OK great, I am hoping they will get in soon and I can get more details, then again, I hope they are enjoying a lovely Sunday outing in Europe : D
