I've a question: As Chess Champions Legion is on the last (!) rank in their group, why have they played in the Play-offs?
Awards Praetorian S1 2024-2025
It's a display glitch of our ranking tool: they got forfeited from all score tables. In reality they got disbanded after the playoffs started (and actually played their matches).
When the club was disabled without notice, those Chess Champions Legions matches were re-categorized as lost by default in all TCMAC leagues that were still active. Although Praetorian Playoffs had started by then, there were still some undecided matches in the Praetorian group stage, so the group stage of the league wasn't deemed complete.
Please let me ask once more: All matches have started (including play-offs) and after this Chess Champions Legion has been disabled, right? What's the impact of "being disabled" on League's results? As far as I can see, there isn't any impact ... or am I mistaken?
Once matches has started, one can disable a club, re-enable the club, Chess.com can give the club to another owner ..., does anything of these particularities impact the results of matches played in the League? Why do they need to be adjudicated after they took place normally?
If I've read and understood League's rules correctly, Chess Champions Legion has won both their Play-off matches (one by a big margin and a very close one vs Total 960): Shouldn't they be – as a consequence and based on League's rules – tournament's winners?
No, those clubs are disabled, they remain disabled. If the disabling was temporary, we would have been able overlook the issue. But clearly, the teams are now disabled indefinitely and were disabled long enough to prevent players from joining matches, and as a result forfeited 2 matches.

The TDs determined that it was not appropriate to award a prize to such a club that was, and still remains, disabled.
Are you representing either of those disabled teams, Bernd? There has been no communication with the league from admins of those teams. Chess Champions Legion appears to have only 4 members according to the API, I believe players were removed before the club was disabled.
Matches in the Play-offs have been completed on July 26, August 29 and September 24, right?
To my knowledge Chess Champions Legions has been disabled within a few days after October 21: How did this impact/affect results in these already completed matches?
As I said earlier, when the club was disabled, those Chess Champions Legions matches were re-categorized as lost by default (forfeit) in all TCMAC leagues that were still active. This was a decision taken by the TDs, and I posted this in the notes of the club.
In this particular case, with CCL, the fair play closures that have occured would also have flipped the results in the two playoff matches anyway, as shown below. You will see the adjusted scores in the table cells.
