My favorites are 4PC Teams and Gothic Chess.

Labyrinth 82, although newer players will likely not recognize it even though it's still a listed variant

i like atomic (if you forget about the cheaters) ffa used to be my favorite but i forgot how to play it and i also think giveaway is fun too

I think the issue with a lot f variants is cheating.
