After a little investigation I determined the following. If I analyze someone else's game the fact that the game has been analyzed will only show in their archive listing if they are Gold, Platinum and Diamond members.
So after analyzing a non-paying member's game their archive listing will not reflect the existence of the analysis report to them or anyone else. The report is retained and when loaded it loads instantly, there is just no way to know it exists.
This can be classified as feature, though an analysis report exists and a non-paying member just can't know it. I have mixed feelings as to the best approach given my limited understanding of the workings. Sharing an analysis report with a player could be a nice community building action and also motivate non-paying members to consider upgrading.
I appears that the move strength coloring in not always remembered/used. If I analyze someone else's game the move strength coloring it not my settings. I would assume move strength is attributed to w the user and not attributed to the report.
I'm not exactly sure whether this is a one time issue or a session to session issue. My setting were set for analyzing my games but not the first time I analyzed someone else's game. Setting the coloring seems to be working for the moment.

There is a bug in setting the first time you are setting the colorings. The icon at the top does not globally turn on/off all of the settings at first. If you manually set the colorings then the master icon at the top will toggle everything.
