As long as it follows the rules, sure. I don't want to win on time but it is a tournament game and I want to follow the rules as closely as I can.

Just letting u know I'm going to wait for a mod to say something before I move.
According to my time calculator Pandas had 2 hours of his Time Warning remaining when he called vacation, so it should be fine

Hmmmm. I'm on PST, which is three hours behind EST. PandasAwesome made their move at about 3:30 PST, I think. Marks1420 called a time warning at 2:33 EST, which would be 12:33 PST. So it looks to me like PandasAwesome was three hours late and you should re-evaluate the timestamps. But if that's an official decision, I'm happy to continue the game.
I'd say continue the game.
Technically speaking the game should be lost on time.

Those are the time stamps when the posts were made. You can see them if you hover the mouse over the time like "1 day ago" if you are visiting the site without being logged in. I believe the time stamps by chess.com is in PDT (UTC-7), but regardless of time zone we have proper time stamps to rely on.
@aronian22 has all the right to win on time here if he wants to. Even if he doesn't try to claim, the win could be awarded to him. However, while this is not stated in the rules yet, if both players agree they want to continue the game within 3 days (same time as time control) after the timeout, then the game can continue as a rated game as if nothing happened. After @aronian22 makes his next move the opportunity to win on time is lost for him.
Even if I would have made rating changes for this game (I haven't), the rating changes could be withdrawn. When it comes to the tournament it is up to the tournament director (@Sollieman83). I don't think he has recorded a result for this game yet, so it is most likely not an issue.
Yes, I knew that Pandas had flagged but I already discussed with Martin I wasn’t going to say anything. Pandas called vacation about 3 minutes before I was going to end the game. I really have no say in this, I just post boards.

I would also have taken the win. Tournaments can really slow down if you don't respect the time control.
If I lost on time I would never ask my opponent to disregard the time loss and continue the game (if the game is rated).

Ok, how about this. The game result could be decided in the tournament as a forfeit, but the game could continue rated, and unrelated to the tournament. If the mods and Sollieman are ok with that, I'd be happy to continue the game after Ne7. If not, I'm still ok to continue the game as before.
Pandas, I'm not sure what the rules are on this. You did call vacation a little bit after the deadline, (I think, I'm in PST so maybe not) but I didn't call a timeout. What are the rules on this?
