It's altogether very contradictory. You don't want to win in "a cheap way" (those are your words), but you do want to advance in the tournament in that same "cheap way". Anyways, if you want it this way, 4 people must confirm:
- Your opponent to agree to go this way
- TD to note your win in the tournament
- Martin0 to accept an alternative outcome for the ratings
- Mod to continue updating your diagrams (I wouldn't if I was the mod)
It slows a bit down if you ask me, but good luck
Bulldog Chess World Cup- Group 1 Game (aronian22 vs PandasAwesome)

I think Martin stated the situation correctly here (Post #29):
"@aronian22 has all the right to win on time here if he wants to. Even if he doesn't try to claim, the win could be awarded to him. However, while this is not stated in the rules yet, if both players agree they want to continue the game within 3 days (same time as time control) after the timeout, then the game can continue as a rated game as if nothing happened. After @aronian22 makes his next move the opportunity to win on time is lost for him."
So @aronian22 should either play, or claim the win on time. It's his right to take either choice.
Please note the last board posted (on page 1 here) does not include Black's ...Ne7 yet. So the last moves were (if the game continues):
6.d5...Ne7

There are just 2 options, play or claim the win on time.
How the TD records the result is out of your control. If he already recorded the result and refuses to change it after the game continues, then that is up to him. I don't think we have that situation though, so you don't need to over-complicate things by involving the TD.

You could start a new non-tournament game that by pure coincidence has the same first 6 moves as this game.

I'm okay with posting boards, but right now the program keeps giving me an error when I try to start it.

Ok, I guess I'll choose to win on time, then. PandasAwesome, do you want to start another rated game outside of the tournament?
@PandasAwesome losing on time means he is removed from the tournament. Can i recieve confirmation, that @aronian22 has claimed a win?

Yes, aronian22 said "...I'll choose to win on time..." (Post #47).
Congratulations to aronian for the win!😀😀😀
Also thanks to Marks for moding the game.😊
And thanks to PandasAwesome for being good-natured about the game.😄
We'll have to see with the other mods.
