Natural and arcade worked out, but that was move 12. Do you want me to start a new game and try it?
I challenged one of my friends to a 5 day game so it will take a little bit before they accept.

Ops, I should clarified! We only concerned about live games; like 10 minutes per side, or 1 minute per side. Daily games don't have an issue that we know of!

Please try at least two games. We think the bug might happen when try to reset the board for the next game.
I played a 1 minute game with arcade and I could move the pieces. I played a 1 game after I changed it back and I could move the pieces. So maybe it only happens sometimes.

and you were seeing ads? When you started teh second game, how did you start it? Was the modal that pops open over the board at the end of the game?

Hey Beta,
Over the last couple of months, we continually had a bug reported that players are suddenly not able to pick up their pieces. Typically, complaints state that this occurs at the beginning of their games.
I have a few theories but would like help testing and gathering data.
Can those of you with basic account turn on your Arcade or Natural animations and let me know if you suddenly start having issues with picking up/moving the pieces?
Those with Premium do the same, please?
I am working on a theory that this only happens to basic account with arcade/natural animations.
I will refund any rating points lost as a result of helping test for me.
I will add some free membership to anyone who will post a video of their testing session. I like a free program call Screencast-o-matic.com for this purpose.

Clarification: This bug affects live games such as 1|0, 5|0, or 10|10.
