Can't draw arrows on certain parts of the board.

STATUS: UNRESOLVED

ISSUE:When drawing an upwards arrow from rows 4-5 or 6-7, no arrow appears. I have tried every other spot on the board and those all work, but just not those parts. other kinds of arrows work, but not those rows. This has bugged me for a while and if I recall this isn't just on beta, but it definitely needs fixed regardless. As you can see in the photo below, every arrow works except for ones directly upwards through those rows.

Maybe it's because of the settings I'm using to change the board? I'm using Maya pieces and Transparent board, let me try something else.

Edit: I tried other boards and pieces but the only thing that fixed both of them was the 3d board. Weird.

Try clearing your browser cache.

Thanks, seems to have fixed it for some sort of reason. Although i cant draw upwards arrows from 5-3 or 4-2 when I could previously.

Did anyone ever receive a resolution to this issue?

I just discovered something similar when trying to draw arrows from the 8th Rank to the 5th Rank. Tried a bunch of random arrows across the board and all of those worked; tried increasing the arrows sequentially across the board from top-to-bottom and left-to-right; everything worked just fine except for drawing arrows from 8 to 5.

I cleared the cache and restarted Firefox, but received the same results.

If this is related to specific puzzles, I was on Puzzle #567308.

Here's another arrow but that I discovered in a Daily Game today:

Unable to draw arrows from the 6th rank to the 4th rank.

Unable to draw arrows from the 6th rank to the 3rd rank.

Unable to draw arrows from the 6th rank to the 2nd rank.

I'm not seeing any issues drawing arrows from the actual game board (on Firefox 121.0b9)

Hmm... okay, thanks for checking on your end. I was using the arrows to help me visualize my next move, as well as the potential moves of my opponent. This happened once before for me, and I noticed that others have also reported it. Once I saw it in this game, then I tried it across all files to/from the points listed in my previous post. Strange.
