Chess Club Games Library Questions

Hello!
We are a local chess club in Silverdale, WA, and we are trying to do some cool things with games libraries on our Chess.com club page. I have a couple questions, I'm hoping someone could give us some pointers please.
We do currently have a link to our games library, but cannot figure out how to get that to be clickable from the club page sidebar.

And our games library link is: https://www.chess.com/c/2CQks8Uz2
 
 
How do I activate our Chess Club Library in the Club page sidebar?
 
Do I need to save a Collection of PGN games before creating access?
 
Can only Admins post PGN games or can any Club member?

Just paste the link, make the text blue, and it should work.

But no, only admins can change the sidebar

Thank you for the reply! 
The problem is, I can't figure out how to get to the part where I can paste the link in the club description or in the sidebar. I am a club admin. I think possibly only the club "Super Admin" might have the permissions. I'll get with mine and double check. Cheers!
