While other clubs - like bughouse, for instance - still have their 'notes' on the main page, I cannot see any notes on the main page - https://www.chess.com/club/chess-com-beta). Is that normal, some kind of setting ? (I'm using Safari on OS X)

Yes @Darkduv1.
It is a new club setting.
You can disable club notes. Here's the path:

Edit Club Profile > Show Advanced Options > activate the option "Hide Notes on Home?"

I'm sorry but I need another advise : Where can I edit a club profile, and see these "Advanced Options" ?

Because I didn't see something like that in club menu null

I was also wondering, does it meanthat no one is able to read or write on notes? 

Only askingbecause I got a notification about anew note

Hello:

I have seen that stats are different in pc version and in mobile version, especially in the average of opponent score.

They removed the notes so that everyone would post bug reports in forums
