In this game, I was black, and my oponent played Ra3 (move 20), blundering mate in 3, but chess.com's engine says it's just a mistake.
Chess.com's engine believes a blunder = mistake

I mean, I also have a game where my opponent blundered a queen and it was marked as a Mistake.

Probably not a bug. White was losing regardless, so moving to be mated more quickly doesn't actually change that fact, so it's just categorized to be a mistake.

white is losing hard, so blunder only count as mistake to lead to checkmate faster

I had an equal position (well i was slightly winning) but my opponent blundereed a queen and it was a mistake???
