what unions are there at the moment?

The only public one at the moment is FST's Redpawn union. The one I am a part of that is not registered yet is not taking more clubs, and The Checkmate Federation I'm not sure about.

Why are RP and TCF the same collors on the map?

TCF is orange, RI is red. Is the orange too dark?

Ah, there is a slight difference. No, I think its too bright, maybe more of a "Pumpkin color" Would be better.

There is a bigger difference between TCF and RI than the difference between the colors of RI and TUOD. But if the orange is too bright, does that mean you do want it closer to white than red (on the RGB index)?
