"Conditional Moves" Feature Doesn't Work

In Daily Chess, the "Conditional Moves" feature sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.  When it works, an asterisk will appear on the icon showing that some moves have been programmed.  But other times, I set the conditional moves, exit out of the "Conditional Moves" screen, and no asterisk.  Sure enough, when my opponent makes the expected move, my conditional move is not executed; instead, I'm notified that it's my turn to move.  

I've also reported this problem through the "Report a Bug" function; but I haven't received any confirmation that the issue has been acknowledged or is being addressed.

I agree, conditional moves needs to be fixed.

I've heard of this a couple of times, but have never been able to reproduce it myself... How frequently does it happen? Half the time?... or just every once in a while?

Are you entering multiple lines with some depth or just a simple single sequence of a move or two?

Finally, what browser are you using? Thanks! I'm looking into it...

Thanks, DG.  I'd estimate at least half the time; maybe more.  I think it happens both with single-move setups and multi-line ones, but I can't swear to that; I'll pay attention to that and let you know.  I use Google Chrome.  Thanks again for your attention to this.

FYI, it just happened again.  I set up two alternative variations; the asterisk appeared (showing that at least one Conditional Move had been set).  My opponent made one of the two expected moves; but the conditional move was not executed.

So technically, there are two defective behaviours: 

1. Conditional move is never actually saved to begin with. (Red asterisk never appears.)

2. Conditional moves appear to be saved but don't execute when triggered..

Have got right into conditional moves lately, how fun. But just before this K takes this N, it says it is check mate and auto-starts a New Line!

Obviously not checkmate see how I've just made him take my horse.

What is the best way to send this to chess.com so they can make conditional moves work to the laws of chess, do I have to log into my email to do it (what a drag.)
