Critical rating issues in puzzles

So in rated mode in puzzles, I failed a puzzle, and it said that I got a pt for that, but I somehow LOST rating points from the puzzle. The puzzle was a pended rating.

Environment: PC, Google chrome. Screen resolutions the same. Animation is normal.

A bug report has been submitted for this.

I have quit playing puzzles since a long time. The new rating system sucks!

Did you actually lose rating or was the graph just wrong? Knowing which would be really helpful.
