I've given some more thought into the pairings and added a note in the format page.
note: There might be adjustments to:
- Prevent teams to face eachother at different rounds
- Prevent winners from the previous round to face eachother if the 2nd place teams advanced in the previous round as well.
- Prevent the same teams to be put into bigger groups for several rounds.
#1 was changed for this round just after I made the pairings while #2 and #3 was not taken into account, but will be in the future.
I've sent some messages to the teams that haven't started their games yet.
The Killer Derivatives and Bulgaria has already sent their challenges.
The Friendly Knights has accepted their challenges and promised to send their challanges before the deadline (they didn't want to start too many games at once).
I have not yet got any response from Chess Bay TVC or Bengal United which have neither sent their challenges or accepted their challenges.
The Killer Derivatives has just sent a challenge to Chess BayTVC for game #7 as well (where The Killer Derivatives will be playing black).

I got a message from Bengal United and they have decided to withdraw because of inactivity. I'll ask The Rook_ies Vote Chess Team if they want to take their place since they were in 3rd place in the same group as Bengal United in the first round.
RVC has accepted to replace Bengal United, both challenges to Bulgaria have been issued, will post links when accepted. thanks!

If they don't make the deadline to send the challange or accept it means defeat. Deadline to send challanges is 9th August and deadline to accept is 23rd August. There is plenty of time left and hopefully all games have started by then.
