There are a lot of posts in this style, but most of them are asking chess.cok to create pieces for you when you how you want them and what color.

It's your own choices; chess.com may have its pieces plus one more option: custom pieces

I think that there should be a way to upload your own pictures to display as a piece. We might want to use this if we want to make a piece look a certain way outside of the provided piece selection. +1 if you agree
