I'm Glad I'm not the only one that's been experiencing this issue. I thought it was a glitch so have tried restarting my computer, closing and re-opening chess.com but it just keeps searching for an opponent and never loads into a game when the DGT Board setting is enabled.

The dgt board is an e-board, but not a robotic board, unless they've added that in the last 6 months or so.....
I find the dgt board barely works with chess.com. it works much better (seamlessly) on lichess. I don't think this is all chess.com's fault though, DGT technical service is, to put it bluntly, a joke. Their support is abysmal (read: nonexistent).
Having said that, I have gotten chess.com to work properly through their app using the Pegasus board. It's just clunky/fiddley and the reliability (and how the board behaves while playing) are not as good as connecting to lichess directly through the dgt-play app.
It has been a few months since I last tried here, has something changed recently?
Are you using the Pegasus or one of the formal tournament e- boards (or a newer product?)??
