Diagrams not working

I set up a game in the analysis board. Then to share it I go to the share option copy that code and paste it in some post,right?

I paste  a code in my profile. When I wish to see that diagram it says loading and it seems like it will never load.

Yesterday I wrote a blog . I pasted the code at times and when I published it, the places where the games where supposed to be were simply blank while sometimes the diagrams work too! It's quite a matter of luck.

What should I do? It causes major problems sometimes. I am using Firefox windows 8

Ok but as the blog had references of the game i deleted them and rewrote it

I believe if you post the game somewhere, then edit the post where the game is posted and just copy the game diagram by selecting its square on the comment box and clicking "Copy" - when you post it elsewhere it won't work but instead show that bug you've mentioned. It'll keep loading and loading and never load or even go blank.
To solve that, you can instead copy your diagram PGN (from the comment that is ready, not from the comment box where you write the comment) and then create a new diagram and post the PGN there.
This way it will work alright.

The thing is that when you copy from the comment box it is unlikely to work.
So its best to make new diagrams with the PGNs instead of copying them from the comment box.

By code, do you mean the PGN or the FEN code, or neither of those?

Environment: OS= Microsoft Windows Home Basic. Laptop.
Website version v3 Mozilla firefox

Steps to Reproduce: 1. go to chess.com analysis board
2.set up a game
3.go to the share tab
4. at the very bottom of the page there will be a code. Over it will be a diagram and just above the diagram the following will be written-To display the diagram, copy/paste the image OR code below into a post on Chess.com.
5. Go to a blog or some post on chess.com and according to the instructions copy the code and paste it.

Result:
Instead of the diagram it will show 'loading' and it will never load / When the blog/post is submitted instead of the diagram there will be a blank space.
Expected Result:
The diagram should be visible and clicking on the unpause button on it should get the game going.
